Surgery Method
From eyebrow level, make an incision along the sideburns and to the front of the ear and to all the way back of the earlobes.
Carefully detach the base layer of the skin over the wide area.
Detach the fascia layer (SMAS) under the skin layer to remove and pull some of the sagging fascia and fix it.
Remove the remaining skin and carefully suture in three levels to minimize scarring.
