Unlike conventional lower blepharoplasty, this method pulls the sagging muscle to the periosteum through small incision windows in the corner of the eye. By removing sagging skin from the outside, this method has no possibility of ectropion (lower eyelid flipping outwards) unlike conventional lower blepharoplasty, and it can improve the wrinkles very naturally.
