* Nano Fat Injection

Normally, fat is harvested from the thigh or abdomen area using a cannula. The size of holes in the cannula commonly used in this procedure is 3~4mm, whereas the specialized cannula used for lower eyelid surgeries at Wannabe Plastic Surgery Clinic has holes with a size of 0.8mm which allows for the extraction of finer fat particles.

During fat graft, 20G cannula which is thinner than commonly used 18G cannula is used in order to evenly inject nano-sized fat particles to prevent lumping of fat and causing uneven skin texture.
