CANTHOPLASTY SURGERY MAGIC LATERAL CANTHOPLASTY
Magic lateral canthoplasty is a surgery for those with short eye width. An incision is made in the lateral part of the eye to create more defined-looking eyes. Unlike the original incision method, Wannabe’s magic lateral canthoplasty makes an incision of the remaining skin at the lateral corner of the eyes, preventing re-adhesion of the skin. You can also see an eye extension effect while maintaining the shape of your eyes.
- Short operation time and minimal swelling and bruising so patients can return to their normal daily lives right away - It removes the remaining skin and mucous membrane, so the wound on the incision line does not adhere back together - Patients don't have to worry about scars as the incision is taken place near the conjunctiva - The whole facial impression improves greatly as it lowers the back corner of the eyes
- Those with short eye width - Those with more closed rear part of the eyes compared to the front corner of the eyes - Those who are not satisfied with just epicanthoplasty surgery - Those who don't want their eyes to slant upwards or downwards
Design the incision site at the outer corner of the eyes (3~5mm)
Apply local anesthesia after light sedation
Make an incision to remove the remaining skin and mucous membrane
