Surgery Methods

Fillers

This is a method of injecting fillers into the lower eyelids area. The procedure takes approximately 5 minutes and it is a relatively a simple procedure that lets you return to your daily life right away. One disadvantage is that the filler can be absorbed after 1~1.5 years, so additional touch-up treatment may be required in the future.

Nano Fat Graft

This is a method of injecting a small amount of fat harvested from your own thigh or abdomen rea. As autologous fat is injected, there is no reaction to foreign substances and it can last longer than fillers. However, additional top-up may be required as there is still some chance of absorption and constant injection of autologous fat may result in uneven skin texture, so many people prefer fillers instead.

Alloderm Implant

Once an alloderm is transplanted, there is no possibility of absorption which allows for a permanent effect. Therefore, this is the most appropriate surgery method for those who want a definite result. However, this procedure requires about 2~3mm incision and has the disadvantage of a longer recovery period compared to fillers.
